Curated by Sharay offers a membership-based model: you receive a defined number of hours per week, allocated flexibly based on what your home needs at any given time. There are no employer obligations, no benefits packages, and no supervision required. You simply have support, executed to your standards.

Yes. Lifestyle support extends beyond the four walls of your home. Personal shopping, travel planning and itineraries, grocery and errand runs, returns, vendor coordination, and on-site presence when required, these are all part of what we do. Memberships & Hours
Each membership tier provides a set number of hours per week, 8, 16, or 24, billed monthly. Hours are flexible and allocated based on your evolving priorities. A week with a vacation home arrival may look very different from a quiet week at home, and your support adjusts accordingly. Unused hours do not carry over, so we work together to ensure your time is used well every week.
Additional hours are available beyond your membership tier. If a particular season, a move, a renovation, an extended travel period, or an upcoming event, requires more support than your base membership provides, we can accommodate that. We'll discuss the scope in advance so there are no surprises.
That's precisely what the private consultation is for. We discuss the scope of your home, how many properties are involved, how frequently you travel, and what consistent support would actually look like for your life. From there, we recommend the tier that fits, without upselling you into more than you need. Clients with a single primary residence and moderate needs often find the Essential tier sufficient; those with secondary properties, frequent travel, or event schedules typically align with Signature or Premier.
Memberships are billed monthly. We ask for a minimum of three months at the start of an engagement, this allows us to fully understand your home and establish a reliable rhythm of support before evaluating fit. After that period, the engagement continues month to month.
Logistics & Trust
Yes. Curated by Sharay is a boutique, limited-client practice. You work directly with Sharay, not a rotating roster of staff or a dispatched employee you've never met. This consistency is intentional. It is what allows us to truly learn your home, anticipate your needs, and execute without requiring constant re-direction from you.
Home access arrangements are discussed during the consultation and established before the engagement begins. Many clients provide a key or access code; others prefer to coordinate entry on a task-by-task basis. Whatever level of access you're comfortable with, we work within it. Every arrangement is documented and handled with full discretion.
It means that details about your home, schedule, family, guests, and household operations remain strictly confidential, always. We do not discuss client engagements with other clients, reference your home in marketing materials, or share any identifying information without explicit consent. You will never see your home, name, or circumstances used as a case study or social media post. Discretion is not a feature we offer, it is the foundation of how we operate.
Yes. Curated by Sharay carries general liability insurance for all in-home work. Documentation is available upon request during the consultation process.

Culinary support is performed directly by Sharay and includes meal planning, grocery sourcing, and in-home cooking for everyday meals, dinner parties, or prepared meal setups for travel weeks. As a WSET Level 2-certified wine consultant, Sharay also provides wine consultation, pairing recommendations, and specialty food and beverage sourcing. This is not a referral to a private chef, it is hands-on culinary support executed with the same care as everything else in the engagement.
Yes. Acting as your point of contact for service providers, cleaners, maintenance crews, tradespeople, landscapers, and others, is a core part of what we do. We schedule visits, communicate your household standards, and provide on-site oversight so you don't need to be present or available by phone every time someone enters your home.
Yes, and this is one of the most common reasons clients engage us. We handle vacation home preparation prior to your arrival, property check-ins while you're away, vendor access and oversight, and post-stay resets after you depart. Clients who split time between two properties, or who own homes that sit unoccupied for months at a time, consistently find this among the most valuable components of the membership.
Professional cleaning services are not included within lifestyle membership hours, they are offered separately through Curated Finish, an affiliated luxury residential cleaning business. If both services are relevant to your household, they can be coordinated together but are quoted and billed independently. This distinction ensures each service is delivered at the appropriate level of quality and without compromising your membership hours.
Getting Started
The consultation is a conversation, not a sales presentation. We discuss your home, properties, lifestyle, and what consistent support would actually look like for you. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, understand the scope of services, and determine whether the engagement feels right. There is no obligation to proceed, and no pressure to decide during the call. If we're a fit, we'll determine the appropriate membership tier and next steps together.
Onboarding typically takes one to two weeks following the consultation, time used to document your household standards, establish access arrangements, and ensure the engagement is set up properly before any active hours begin. Clients who have a specific time-sensitive need, a property arrival, an upcoming event, can often be accommodated more quickly. We discuss timing during the consultation.
Curated by Sharay is Philadelphia-based, and the majority of in-home support is provided within the Philadelphia area. Travel to secondary properties and occasional out-of-area work is available for existing clients where feasible. If your primary residence is outside of Philadelphia, please note this in your consultation inquiry and we'll discuss what may be possible.
